Your mental health matters.
Be intentional, look out for the little foxes that keeps you in bondage.
When you forgive others you set yourself free. You know and have the power to decide, what’s best for you and your mental health. What does forgiveness look like for you? If you are waiting for a sorry from someone, it might never come. Don’t give them your power to control you as you hold onto past hurts. Choose to heal. If you struggle to let go, you can seek help.

Forgiveness does not always mean allowing those who hurt you come close. Sometimes it is best to let go of certain relationships. Someone once said if it is costing you your peace, it is too expensive. Make the right choice for you.
Forgive, heal and set boundaries, look after yourself. The important part is that you are healed, your healing journey requires you to forgive yourself, the part you played or you believe you played. Let go of the guilt, and the shame. Stop tormenting yourself, you didn't know any better then. Pick yourself up and make a choice to forgive that person and move on. You know what's best for you and make the necessary adjustments to that relationship that leaves you in a place of peace now and in the long term. Choose well, your mental health matters.
