Parents & Caregivers

Through education, heartfelt conversations, and practical guidance, I help parents and caregivers gain the understanding and confidence to support their neurodivergent child with love and purpose.

“Being heard is so close to being loved that for the average person they are almost indistinguishable.”

— David Augsburger

My work is rooted in both professional experience and personal understanding. With a background in adult social care and well-being, alongside my own journey navigating neurodiversity within my family, I understand the questions, emotions, and challenges that can come with seeking the right support. I offer a compassionate space where parents and families can be heard, encouraged, and guided as they navigate their unique journey with confidence and hope. Every family’s story is different, and every conversation matters. Let’s begin the conversation together.
